Family Picnic
We attended the Nursing Home Family Picnic. It was great seeing Great-Grandma. She is doing very well. After the picnic we went to Aunt Sally's. Emma LOVED playing in the lake. She was swimming and playing for 2 1/2 - 3 hours! She didn't want to come out.

Go Twins!
Our first game at Target Field. It was a perfect weather day, summy and breezy. The Twins won! What a wonderful Christmas present - the game with our best friends!
I was a little concerned how Emma would do during the game. She did take a quick cat nap on our way to the game. She was quite tired during the last two innings. She snuggled with me and Auntie. We were in the first row of our section so I didn't have to worry about her bumping into anyone. She did great! She enjoyed her first hot dog at a baseball game, sorry Auntie Jess that it wasn't a dome dog!

Shopping, Playing & Pink Toes
We spent the weekend with our wonderful friends! It was a fun-filled time - the girls went shopping, we played at the park, played mini-golf, went to our 1st Twins game at Target Field, celebrated a birthday, visited and spent memorable time together. Emma loved all the attention. She admires the girls. She talked about them the entire way home!
Auntie Jess painted Emma's toes. Emma loved it! They were pink. We have been hearing about her "pink toes" for two weeks. She tells everyone and wants to show them off.

Jumping on the trampoline - Emma's favorite. She says that she jumps high. She is trying to jump rope too.

Gifts
Asuntie Carol and Grandma Sandi visited their Aunt Millie in Montana. Great-Great Aunt Millie sent home a couple of gifts for Emma - an Australian sheep skin and a bunny. Emma likes to lay on the soft sheep skin. Here she is trying it out for the first time with Aunnut.

Golfing with Daddy
Daddy went golfing and we strolled along. Emma has gone with Daddy to the golf course many times. She loves to watch him and wants to play. Tonight was her chance! After 5 holes, Daddy said she could get out of the stroller and golf!!!! She was so excited. She putted a few times. We wish we would've brought her clubs, but knowing Emma she would've wanted to use Daddy's. I didn't get a picture of her putting, my camera battery died!!!! I know there will be many more times of golfing with Daddy on the golf course.

Cousins
We attended my cousin, Christopher, graduation party. It was a beautiful afternoon filled with family. Emma had seen her cousin the day before and really wasn't interested in him. He called her Aunt Janet, Grandma!! Emma had someone to share all the attention with, she wasn't interested.
She did enjoy playing with him and her big cousins. She got to swing, play cards, play cars and just have fun.
We were getting ready to start to say good-bye. It was so cute, Sam came over to give Emma knucks! Emma has always given knucks to him first, now it was his turn.
Hugs did follow. She did enjoy her visit with Sam. We all did!

New Friend
Emma will soon have a new friend, Willa Song. Our friends have been waiting for over 4 years to receive their referral. They received it on my birthday! We are so excited and can't wait for them to travel. Willa and Emma are exactly two years apart. Emma will be showing Willa everything!!

Isn't she adorable?!?!

Gum
Emma thinks chewing gum is great fun! Emma decided to help herself to a piece of Daddy's gum. Luckily, Daddy caught her, she convinced him that she needed a piece. She thinks she can blow bubbles.

Dancing & Singing
Enjoy this video of Emma dancing and singing. She loves wearing her tutu and she looks so cute in it.
Trouble
.
Emma reveals who taught her to stick out her tongue. I knew it was Uncle Chad, but it is cute to hear her say it. She, of course, had to stick her tongue out at church coffee 'an! She did say Uncle right after she did it.
Uncle has taught her some cute things - she has said "swoosh" when she sees Nike. She now says "beat Duke" because they are bad.
Thanks, Uncle Chad!
